The City of Alexandria has prepared for emergency operations should the need to convert occur over the next 48 hours. The City follows a plan of activities and creates more individualized operational plans, as needed. The Emergency Operations Team met formally over the last two days, staging extra generators, equipment, crews, and action plans across the city’s departments.
