PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN On Tuesday January 31, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers, Alexandria City Hall, 915 Third Street, Alexandria, Louisiana the Administrative Law Judge (“the ALJ”) shall hear preliminary objections from the public and parties regarding Council findings in Ordinance 178-2016, but not relative to procedural matters or those pertaining to the operations of the Alexandria Utility System.
