Art Exhibition: Immersive Space

March 1 – May 11:  Art Exhibition:  Immersive Space, Alexandria Museum of Art, Tue.-Fri. 10a.m.-5p.m., Sat. 10a.m.-4p.m.  Three Louisiana artists, Shawn Hall, Lee Deigaard and Natchitoches native Colin O’Con, create entire room installations to explore elements of created space and invite contemplation about our relationship with the natural world.  Painting, drawing and photography installed as part of a larger sculpture space, create rhythm in an immersive environment where emotional space and physical space merge.  Cost:  AMoA members’ free, non-members $4 adults, $3 seniors, students and military, $2 children 4-13.  Call Alyssa Fridgen:  443-3458
