Remarkable
The Red River Chorale continues their Christmas tradition by returning to St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. This concert thematically highlights the seemingly small moments that have long-lasting impact for individuals as well as for generations.
Hope for Eternity
The Red River Chorale joins the Rapides Symphony Orchestra in performing Mozart’s final and grandest work, “Requiem.” In addition the Symphony will perform several orchestral works. Anyone Can Play the Uke
"The Arts Council of Central Louisiana is offering Ukulele workshops! Free and open to the public of all ages however, 55+ are prioritized so space is limited for younger adults. Please register with the link below. Lessons run from Aug 21 - Nov 30th!

43rd Annual Natchitoches-NSU Folk Festival
The Natchitoches-NSU Folk Festival will be held on July 22 in air-conditioned Prather Coliseum on the NSU campus and will feature 3 stages of music with Cajun, zydeco, blues, Celtic, and country music, free Cajun and zydeco dance lessons, and many traditional food vendors. The Festival will also include a gumbo cook-off, blacksmithing, KidFest, over 70 crafts persons, a harmonica workshop taught by Ed Huey, and the Louisiana State Fiddle Championship from 1-4 PM.

Enduring Psalms
The Red River Chorale presents timeless Psalms in choral music. The program includes Leonard Bernstein's masterpiece, "Chichester Psalms," the evocative "Dorchester Canticles" by Tarik O'Regan, and other beautiful Psalm settings. The orchestration includes organ, piano, harp, and percussion.
