HSM Christmas at the Nest
Holy Savior Menard High School invites all students in grades PreK3-6th grade to attend the Sixth Annual Christmas at the Nest, on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. The evening will start in the school gymnasium with storytime with award-winning storyteller, Sylvia Davis. After storytime the fun will continue in the school mall area with Christmas crafts and games, light refreshments, and pictures with Santa. This event is FREE and open to the public.
Calvary Conservatory of Music String Orchestra and Handbell Concert
The Calvary Conservatory of Music String Orchestra and Handbell Choir will present their Christmas concert. It will start a 7:00 pm in the Calvary Chapel. Everyone is welcome to this free concert to start the Christmas season.
Old Fashioned Christmas
Old Fashioned Christmas at Kent House is a FREE family event. There will be plenty of Christmas crafts for children to take home with them and they can decorate the Kent House Christmas Tree with old fashioned popcorn and cranberry garland and paper chains. There will be a visit from Papa Noel and free hot cocoa (or lemonade if it's warm outside) and cookies for all to enjoy.
Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat with the students and staff of Unitech Training Academy. 4:30pm-6:30pm in the parking lot of Unitech Training Academy behind Logan's Roadhouse.
Point of Grace Concert
The 20th Anniversary tour for Point of Grace will be at Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 7:00 pm. "A Christmas Story" will include guests Aaron Shust and Mallary Hope. Tickets can be purchased at Calvarynet.net/Christmas.
Halloween Open Mic Night
The LSUA Empty Space Players invite one and all to share their talent by bringing a spooky ghost story, scary song or chilling poetry to the annual Halloween Open Mic Night.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 24 at 7:00pm at the Richard Gwartney Theatre located inside Mulder Hall on the LSUA campus.

Trick or Treat Street
LSUA is excited to welcome ghosts, witches, astronauts, and princesses of all ages to campus for Trick-or-Treat Street.
The annual Halloween event is set for Thursday, October 24 from 5:00-7:00pm on the streets of LSUA.
Families and children of all ages are invited to wear their best costume to haunt the campus and visit themed booths manned by faculty, staff, and students to trick-or-treat for candy and other goodies.
Trunk Or Treat with LAC
Bring your family to the Louisiana Athletic Club Trunk or Treat event at the Alexandria location on October 28th from 4:30-7:00pm. Participate in fun activities such as bobbing for apples, Halloween crafts, a coloring contest, and enjoy hot dogs and treats! Adults, Kids, and Family Costume Contest - win a 1 month membership or admission to November Kids Camp!
Candyland Christmas
$10 person. Children under 2 are free. Members get in FREE! All ages welcome! Part of the Alexandria 12 Night of Christmas. Join us as we make Christmas ornaments, write letters to Santa, Enjoy special Candyland treats!
