Judge Koch ruled in favor of Alexandria City Council, and its members Cynthia Perry, Gerber Porter, Reddex Washington, Jim Villard and Catherine Davidson.

        PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON JUNE 28, 2022.

        The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in a regularly scheduled meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.  Those present were the Honorable Jim Villard, Cynthia Perry, Lee Rubin, Chuck Fowler, REDDEX Washington and Gerber Porter.  Catherine Davidson was absent.  Also present were Mayor Hall, City Attorney Shane Williams and Council Staff.

        The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in a regularly scheduled meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 5:15 P.M.  Those present were the Honorable Catherine Davidson, Jim Villard, Cynthia Perry, Lee Rubin, Chuck Fowler, Gerber Porter and REDDEX Washington.  Also present were Mayor Hall, City Attorney Shane Williams, and Council Staff.
