PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, TAKEN AT A SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON APRIL 23, 2015.

        The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in a Special Council meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Monday, April 23, 2015 at 4:00 P.M.  There were present the Honorable Charles “Chuck” Fowler, Roosevelt Johnson, Jim Villard, Jules Green, Ed Larvadain, Lee Rubin and Harry Silver.   Also present were the Mayor, Mayor’s Staff, Council Staff and Attorney Trey Gist.

        The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in a regular meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 5:00 P.M.  There were present the Honorable Charles “Chuck” Fowler, Roosevelt Johnson, Jim Villard, Jules Green, Ed Larvadain, Lee Rubin and Harry Silver.  Also present were Council Staff and Attorney Trey Gist.

        The Council of the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, met in a regular meeting session at its regular meeting place, on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 3:30 P.M.  There were present the Honorable Charles “Chuck” Fowler, Roosevelt Johnson, Jim Villard, Jules Green, Lee Rubin and Harry Silver.   Council member absent:  Ed Larvadain.    Also present were Council Staff and Attorney Trey Gist.
