Alexandria, La., (May 14, 2019) — A road closure at the intersection of Day and Powell streets will be necessary from 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, May 20.

The City of Alexandria’s Wastewater Department will be making repairs.

Drivers should plan to avoid the intersection during this closure and prepare for a longer travel time.
