Service on the 601 Pineville and RT 4 Night service routes will be detoured from Main Street to Louisiana College due to the City of Pineville Night of Lights Mardi Gras Parade beginning and ending on 2/6/26. Route Detours will begin at 5 pm until 10 pm as follows:
Outbound 601 (Day)– From the Downtown terminal bus service will use the Pineville Expressway and begin at Melrose/Reagan Street and continue on the route normally.
Inbound 601 (Day) – Returning to the Downtown terminal, the regular route will continue until return from Veterans Hospital. At this point, the bus will merge onto US 165 and return to the expressway to 6th Street and continue to the terminal.
Night Service RT 4 will leave the terminal normally but will take the day detour at Foisy and follow the same Inbound route as the Day service.
