Please be advised that service on the Jackson Street/Willow Glenn/Broadway/NS RT 3 routes will be detoured due to events held for Sheriff William E. Hilton on Thursday, 3/26, and Friday, 3/27, as well as the Peabody Magnet High Championship Parade on Saturday, 3/28/26.
Routes and Detour Times:
Thursday, 3/26/26
- Jackson Street route will leave the terminal as usual, outbound, and proceed down Jackson to Dorchester, and resume its regular route back towards downtown towards the Acadian Village area and return to the terminal. Detour time: 2pm – 6pm.
- NS RT 3 will leave as usual until Jackson Street, to Dorchester, and resume its regular route back towards Alex Mall to the terminal. Detour time: 6pm – 9pm
Friday, 3/27/26
- Jackson Street route will leave the terminal as usual, outbound, and proceed down Jackson to Dorchester, and resume its regular route back towards downtown towards the Acadian Village area and return to the terminal. Detour time: 8am – 4pm.
- MacArthur Drive route will leave the terminal as usual outbound, then proceed to Windemere (L) to Coliseum Blvd Service Road and resume the regular route to the terminal. Detour time: 12pm til 6pm
Saturday 3/28/26
- Jackson Street will leave the terminal as usual, outbound and proceed down Jackson on its regular route back towards downtown to Thorn Avenue to the I-49 Expressway to Eddie Williams to Willow Glenn to 3rd Street to resume its route and return to the terminal. Detour time: 8am til 2pm
- Willow Glenn will leave the terminal as usual, outbound, but will change at Foisy to I-49 Expressway to Eddie Williams to Willow Glenn to Lincoln Road to resume its regular route to the terminal. Detour time: 8am til 2pm.
- Broadway will leave the terminal as usual outbound, but will change at Foisy to the I-49 Expressway to Broadway and resume its route. Inbound towards the terminal will change at the I-49 Expressway to Casson Street to 2nd Street to the terminal. Detour time 8am til 2pm.
- Passengers are encouraged to get to the nearest stops in these areas to access bus service.
