Municipal Legal Services and Counseling Request for Qualifications/Information & Proposals

The City of Alexandria (COA) hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from attorneys to provide with respect to specialized assistance, counseling, and services. These services shall include, at minimum, that the Attorney act, in a representative capacity, appear as an advocate in various courts and tribunals, draft and draw papers, pleadings or documents, or perform any act in connection with pending or prospective proceedings before any court of record in this state.
