 Labyrinth\, by Thomas Hischak\, to Hearn Stage this year. Directed by Ji
 m Weinzettle\, Escaping the Labyrinth opens March 23 and features Mike W
 hite\, Reade Spivey\, Jill Dupont\, Timberly Deville\, Regan Amburgey\, 
 and Jeff Goelz.\n\nABOUT THE PLAY:  Imagine meeting and even falling in 
 love with one of the Greek gods or goddesses. “Escaping the Labyrinthâ
 €ť tells the story of Bud Schlieman\, a young American professor who hap
 pens to meet one of the Greek gods while on a trip to Greece. During a c
 onversation with him\, one of the gods reveals themselves to him\, and h
 e sets out on a journey to meet the goddess Artemis. When he meets and f
 alls in love with her\, she runs away. He sets on a journey through the 
 rest of the show to find her. Will he be able to find her? \n\nEscaping 
 the Labyrinth’s Thomas Hischak was one of the winning playwrights of t
 he 2022 AACT NewPlayFest.  This production premiered October 15\, 2021 a
 t the Des Moines Community Playhouse to rave reviews.\n\nEscaping the La
