   The City-wide Interdenominational Revival Committee\, organizers of th
 e MLK Day parade\, have CANCELLED the annual parade due to the forecast 
 of extreme cold and the possibility of wintry precipitation. The event i
 s not anticipated to be rescheduled. The Committee will proceed with the
  annual Prayer Breakfast at 6:30 AM and the Noon Day Service\, both of w
 hich will be held at the Alexandria Convention Hall.
