DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Gleaux for the Girls\, also known as the “B
 reast Race in Cenla\,” is set for Saturday\, Oct. 12. \n \nThis one-mi
 le glow-in-the-dark fun run in the Lakes District is dedicated to raisin
 g breast cancer awareness and education in Central Louisiana. Participan
 ts will help generate funds that will stay within our community\, direct
 ly benefiting the CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Cancer Center and Breast 
 Health Center through the CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Foundation. \n  \
 nParticipants can purchase raffle tickets for $15 each for a chance to w
 in a pink 2015 Toyota Tacoma\, courtesy of Walker Toyota\, or a pink rib
 bon-wrapped Alpha Club Car Precedent golf cart presented by Cenla Moto-S
 port.  \n \nRegister for the race and buy raffle tickets at https://www.
 christuscabrinifoundation.org/gleaux . \nRegistration fees are $30 for r
 egular runners and $15 for survivors or children. Sponsorship opportunit
 ies are also available and may be submitted through Sept. 27 at https://
 www.christuscabrinifoundation.org/gleaux.   \n\nSchedule of Events: \n6 
 p.m. – Survivor happy hour \n7 p.m. – One mile fun run shotgun start
  \n8 p.m. – Raffle winners announced  \n\nGleaux for the Girls is more
  than just a race\; it’s a movement. It’s the largest fun run in Cen
 tral Louisiana\, welcoming over 1\,500 participants and raising over $10
 0\,000 annually. The event brings together the community to not only rai
 se awareness about breast cancer\, but also to contribute to the enhance
 ment of local treatment capabilities\, rehabilitation programs\, educati
 onal services\, support services and community outreach initiatives. All
  funds raised stay local\, ensuring that our community directly benefits
  from the enhancements and services provided by the CHRISTUS St. Frances
