Centrally located in the heart of City Park, Big Island Field is primarliy an open play lawn that has assumed the role of informal play fields for soccer and football. This quiet area is nearly wholly encircled by large live oaks providing it perimeter. Some picnic tables have been provided in the area, as well as other site furnishings.
